Beautiful red and black berries, pepper, violets, and a kiss of salty sea breeze all emerge on the nose of the 2021 Costières De Nîmes Héritage, which is medium-bodied, has a supple, elegant mouthfeel, good density, and outstanding length. Based on 60% Grenache, 25% Mourvèdre, and the rest Syrah, this was partially destemmed and brought up 25% in barrel, with the balance in concrete tanks. Score - 89. (jebdunnuck.com, Nov. 2, 2023)
