For the highest of the Altitude series line, they select vineyards at 1,350 meters in the Gualtallary zone, toward the northern end of the Uco Valley in the Andes. And despite the very warm season, the cold influence of the Andes is firmly felt in this wine in the notes of violets and tart red fruits. The body is fluid, with ripe flavors, while maintaining tension and freshness until the end. Slight herbal touches add complexity. [Drink for another 4+ years.] Score - 93.
