Guigal sources its Gigondas from 15 suppliers, some of whom the house has worked with since before the appellation became a cru in 1971. The 2020 Gigondas continues this line, boasting gently floral aromas and plenty of raspberry fruit. It's full-bodied, lush and already easy to drink, but it seems to have plenty of stuffing to get it through at least a decade. Drink date: 2023-2030. Score - 91-93.
