Featherstone winemaker and co-owner David Johnson worked a vintage in New Zealand in 2007, which is where he learned how to make great Sauvignon Blanc. This popular, lively wine is made from both stainless-steel-fermented and barrel-fermented fruit. The result is an energetic, driven wine with high-toned floral notes, aromas and flavours of apple, pear and citrus, and mouth-watering acidity. Pair with pork or seafood.
