There's over a hundred years of family tradition in every bottle of Poli's Sarpa grappa. Sarpa is the Venetian word for pomace; Sarpa di Poli is distilled from the pomace of 40' Cabernet and 60' Merlot. Traditionally, it is enjoyed slightly chilled or in a caffè corretto (espresso 'corrected' with a dose of grappa). It is also the main attraction in the modern grappa cocktails that are on the rise.
