
An approachable blend of 40% Aragonez, 40% Trincadeira and 20% Alfrocheiro. Crafted to have wide appeal, it's rich and velvety, with dark cherry, wet earth, pipe tobacco, peppery spice, and savoury herbs. Lithe acidity makes it ideal for pork loin, or eggplant-and-porcini 'meatballs' in tomato sauce.
