Full of flavour, this wine has gone through natural fermentation - 10% of the grapes were fermented on the skin and aged in old oak, 90% spontaneously in steel, resulting in a complex, rich, and mineral Riesling. Drink now or leave for further aging. Great with Moroccan Chicken or a Tagine dish.
