This rosé comes from select sites in cool, high-altitude plantings. Freshness is key here, and the mouth-watering acidity is supported by plentiful ripe raspberry, apple, and wild herbs. This is a great sipping wine, with the structure to complement grilled seafood, charcuterie, picnic-style foods, or semi-soft cheeses such Saint-Paulin.
