In a few months it should open to reveal its appealing ripe pear and green apple flavours, clean, pure and sharply delineated. Some residual sugar plays its balancing role to counterpoint bright, zesty acids, while the finish lingers deceptively long. A successful vintage for this Niagara classic. Tasted July 2021.
