This wine is crafted with a nod to a Beaujolais-cru-style Gamay. It sees nine months in French oak, 14% of which was new and 24% second fill, the rest third fill and older. This regimen allows for oak expression without utter domination of the fruit. The result is a ripe, fresh wine with raspberry, cherry, savoury herbs, subtle smoke and spice. Enjoy through 2026+.
