This retsina wine is made with Xinomavro grapes and fresh resin extracts, bottled unfiltered and aged for 5 years. Clear refreshing notes of pine resin, mastic and herbs mingle with the smoked barrel notes. The generous acidity adds freshness to the palate with a complex mouthfeel and spicy finish. Serve with lamb.
