This wine was fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts, then 70% of it was aged in old French oak for eight months. The 2020 vintage saw both frosts and periods of high heat, but overall the conditions favoured the production of robust, balanced reds like this one. It has integrated red and black fruit, herbs, spice, and the characteristic power of the vintage.
