This blend from the Uco Valley - mostly from Los Chacayes - was made with direct-pressed whole clusters and no contact with barrels. It's an intense rosé with juicy acidity and herbal tones. A rosé for hot summer days, but at the same time, with a structure good enough to consider pouring it with paella. Score - 90. (Patricio Tapia, guiadescorchados.cl, 2024)
