This añejo sees over 20 months of aging in white American oak barrels giving it pronounced aromas of green apples and earthiness. Smooth and warming on the palate, it builds with complex flavours of citrus, stone fruit and vanilla, and finishes with a sweet smokiness. Pair with a steak dry-rubbed with spiced chilies.
