Reconciling organic/biodynamic certification in the vineyard with responsible winemaking practises is a cultural challenge in Australia. It is getting better. Here is an example. A lovely scent of mulch, bark, currants of both hues and black olive tapenade. Sage and bay leaf give a savoriness to the tannins, rolled just tight enough for tension, but loose enough for imminent pleasure. Excellent drinking for the money. Drink or hold. Score - 91.
