The Peumo zone is one of Chile's primary sources of carmenere. Its warm climate allows this late-ripening variety to complete its cycle without problems. In this case, the variety's herbal aromas are in the foreground, while the fruits and spices appear more clearly on the palate, which is friendly, smooth-textured, and very easy to drink, although it also has a juicy projection of flavors in a long, well-balanced, and ripe wine. Score - 94. (Patricio Tapia, guiadescorchados.cl, 2022)
