Made from the juice of sugarcane grown on southern Martinique's waterfront. This rum is crystal clear in colour with distinctive notes of sugar cane flowers and a unique mineral, briny and bready note. Intriguing with rich and robust flavours, finishing long and with a very unique flavour profile. Great in cocktails.
