The Great One's third spirit release is a small batch whisky matured in bourbon barrels for three years and finished in wine cask (cabernet sauvignon) for 100 days. An expansive nose of toffee, dried fruit,anise and sweet smoke leads to a palate of raisin, ginger, nut and licorice root and ends in a long, lingering finish.
