Original Trappist ale with secondary fermentation in bottle. Dark brown colour with rich, dense head; aromas of dried black fruit, cooked apple and baking spice with hints of citrus and yeast. Rich and creamy with tangy acidity and flavours of bitter chocolate, caramel, spice and sweet dried fruit. Long and warming finish.
