This almost clear Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand opens with an appealing lime zest and mild yellow grapefruit bouquet with hints of faint celery. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, bright, zesty, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a lime and grapefruit blend with notes of kiwi and ginger. I also detected hints of saline and kumquat. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Sauvignon Blanc would pair well with a grilled swordfish sandwich and the beach. Enjoy. Score - 90. (Ken Gargett, kenswineguide.com, July 7, 2024)
