This Pinot is harvested in the early morning, when cool temperatures assure the quality and freshness of the fruit. The grapes are then fermented in stainless steel. The final blend comprises select lots from the vintage chosen after several months of ageing in French and American oak. The result is a fresh, layered wine, with quite lush raspberry, strawberry and cherry alongside vanilla and oak spice.
